QUALITY - Often something that is overlooked by other companies, Quality, is always on our mind. You may order thousands of items, but each will go to a different individual and must be just right! Electronic controls are used where possible, but human checks are made at each step. Before your patches are shipped, they are individually checked by hand twice
FAST DELIVERY - Everything we do is done right here in DeKalb, Illinois, USA. That means you not only get quality American products, but you get them fast. Our standard lead time is 3-4 weeks - only half the time you might expect. We can even work faster if circumstances require it. For those who plan well in advance, we can produce your emblems early promotion but delay billing until your event.
FLEXIBLE QUANTITIES- What you need is what you get! You will never hear us use the term "loom-run" when ordering patches. That means that you can order the number of patches that you need, whether you need 50, 250, 5000, or 50,000! We do not have preset quantities (eg. 220, 400, etc.) that force you to spend more money on unnecessary patches.
SPECIAL FEATURES - We use state of the art digital design and production facilities. Simple lettering changes or the inclusion of additional items on some patches is easily done. We can also change the size of a design in minutes. So, if you need "Staff" on some patches, or would like some at half-size or double-size, we can help. Your cost is kept low while the quality of the embroidery is the best you can find.
We can also provide multiple border colors and set up identical designs for patches as well as direct embroidery. Whatever your technical needs, our technology is ready!ADDITIONAL SERVICES - We can heat seal patches, or sew directly onto many different items. These include hats, golf shirts, jackets, and many other items. If you have an idea, no matter how common or unusual, we can probably embroider it.
